This information notice exclusively refers to this website and does not apply to other websites or pages that do not belong to this website and are accessed via links for which the user is encouraged to consult the respective privacy policies.

Navigation or use data: During their normal operation, computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. These data will therefore be automatically collected while using this application.

These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed in order to check the proper functioning of the offered services.

Data provided by the user: the visitor/user is not required to enter any personal data on the website, with the exception of the form in the "CONTACTS" area, where a specific privacy information notice is present.

If, in order to access the services available on this website, the visitor / user decides to send their personal data by filling in the form in the dedicated area of the website, the Data Controller will process these data to provide the requested service in accordance with the directions of this Privacy Policy and of the specific disclosure made at the time of acceptance.

Other data that may be processed are those concerning users who send requests for information to the email address indicated on the website, info@naldoniebiondi.it or other email addresses listed in the contacts area; these data will be used by IT tools and/or telematic tools, with strictly interconnected organizational and logic methods, only in order to perform the service requested by the Data Controller, or in some cases by the people involved in the organization of the Data Controller's activities and people engaged by the Data Controller (administrative staff, customer service staff, sales staff or administrators of the computer system).

The personal data voluntarily provided by users / visitors who request information or informative material are used only to perform the requested service and will not be disclosed outside the company. They will be processed by the Data Controller's staff on the basis of specific instructions provided by the Data Controller regarding the processing purpose and methodologies.

The updated list of Data supervisors may be requested to the Data Controller at any time.

The subjects to whom the personal data refer may at any time exercise the rights provided by articles 15-21 of EU Regulation 679/16, namely: access to data relating to them, have the data corrected, deleted, limited, deny data processing completely or in part by contacting the Data Controller. Requests will be processed by the Data Controller free of charge, as soon as possible, in any case within a maximum period of one month.

Right to submit claims: data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data referring to them carried out through this website violates the provisions of the Regulation have the right to submit a claim to the Authority for the protection of personal data, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulation, or to take appropriate legal measures (art. 79 of the Regulation).
