Naldoni e Biondi S.r.l.'s policy aims to provide quality products and services that meet the environmental protection criteria, the needs and initial and subsequent expectations of customers in relation to the agreed price and in a competitive position with respect to the best competition.
The company has identified the following priorities among its strategic objectives:
- consolidation / gain of national and international market shares;
- increase in the company contribution margin;
- focus on product innovation and production processes in order to improve them; focus on the reduction of the environmental impact (for example through messages that invite not to print e-mails if not strictly necessary); focus on the improvement of the company's environmental performance;
- greater satisfaction of the final user and growth of image and competitiveness.
We acknowledge that the involvement, commitment and training of the personnel at every level is the right way to obtain a continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (I.M.S), service reliability and environmental performances more easily.
Together with the refinement of the internal organization, it is also necessary to promote all the activities aiming at building a progressively growing I.M.S, which focuses on the applicable requirements and its contractual and legislative compliance obligations in the context of reduction of the environmental impact.
The most effective way to continuously improve the I.M.S is the prevention of problems (Quality and Environmental risks analysis) rather than their subsequent control and correlation.
We work hard to improve our I.M.S. as our Company Management is strongly committed at applying the managerial systems aimed at a progressive improvement in the identified areas of responsibility, in order to take the best out of our expertise and knowledge and solve problems by anticipating their solutions.
